Swingin’ Monkey Card

Published on July 22, 2011, by

From Clean and Simple with my last card Field Flowers to over the top? I love to mix things up and try different styles of cardmaking. I tend to get a little bored if I stick with the same thing. So today’s card uses a monkey image appropriately, because I felt like making a card that was a bit wild and animated.

– Charles Dickens

Summer is here and that means YUMMY watermelon!

I LOVE the images in the Watermelon Gazpacho Soup stamp set by Unity Stamp Company. So today I had to create another card with this stamp set. I used the scraps from the my previous cards that were made with A Walk in the Park paper pad by Echo Park Paper Co.

Scraphappy Saturday #3

Published on July 2, 2011, by

This card uses scraps from 3 different previous cards, my Pinwheel Card, Vintage Dress Form Card & my Find Your Style Card. I don’t usually list the supplies for my Scraphappy weekend cards but I will mention the 2 new stamp sets I used in this card. The adorable clothes line stamp and sentiment are from the Watermelon Gazpacho Soup stamp set by Unity Stamp Company. The sweet banner at the bottom of the card is from a stamp set called Bannerific by Lawn Fawn. If anyone would like additional information on supplies or techniques used to make this card please email me or ask in a comment.
